This policy applies to PharmacyBC group, its officiers and employees.

This policy is intended to protect personal information and privacy of all individuals that come in contact with PharmacyBC Group, including customers, vendors, potential franchisees, current franchisees, business partners, and members of the general public.

This policy applies to all mechanisms used to transmit personal information to and from PharmacyBC Group, including face-to-face conversation, telephone, voicemail, letter, fax, e-mail, website forms, surveys and text messaging.

This policy applies to all mechanisms PharmacyBC Group uses to store personal information,including paper-based files and electronic databases.
All above policies are also in accordance with the College Of Pharmacists and their bylaws.
